BTR200 Emergency Recording not working

Hey Guys!

Just paired the remote with my dashcam and noticed that when hitting the emergency record button, it only wakes up the dashcam (A229 Pro). The other two buttons work. Do I need to do a firmware update?

Firmware Version is: V1.3.1_241024

Yes, please update the firmware and reset the camera by choosing default settings in the menu on the camera to test again.

@VIOFO-Support, updated front camera to V1.3.1_250214.

Still not working. Just wakes the camera up without a beep.

I cannot send you a PM. Have you checked the card to confirm if there are videos under RO files?
Have you reset the camera as I suggested after updating? Would you mind recording a video showing the issue for analysis?

IIRC, I have and attached a video of the issue.

In the video, you just pressed it once. Can camera lock a video if you press it twice?
Please update the latest firmware (https://viofotech.com/download/firmware/A229Pro/FWA229P.bin) , reset both the camera and bluetooth button.
Then reconnect them to test.
