BTR200 remote control with A229Pro

Hey folks, I am trying to use BTR200 ti switch on/off HDR mode, but it seem like half the time A229 beeps, but does announce the command, nor there is setting change.
I changed the battery in the remote, reset both - but not seeing any improvement.

How is your experience?

Update: all issues with VIOFO remote control got sorted out. Couple reboots helped, but the main thing - when you switch HDR on/ HDR off, you have to wait a little bit for it to stop recording, and then restart recording. After that all works smoothly.
