As we all know, the G1W is one of the best cams that you can currently get on a budget. The video quality in this price range is unmatched. However, there are many pitfalls to buying this camera. Don't let that dissuade you from purchasing though, as this thread is here to help you!

-I found a G1W for less than $52! It's a steal! Should I buy it?
No, unless it's from a trusted vendor. There are fake cameras that record very shoddy 1080p video or 720p upscaled to 1080p. The camera is likely to have problems and missing features and might even stop recording or working all together!
(Anyone want to help me with the FAQ, PM me, cuz I'm crap at this type of thing)
