Cadillac's cars are getting smart rearview mirrors next year

Yeah, technology developing is quite fast, but "release date by the end of 2015" ?. I am sure China R&D ( Remember & Duplicate ) will have similar universal mirror ( or after-market dedicated one ) solution ready within 2-3 ( max 6 ) month. ;)
 
Nissan's Smart rearview mirror is ready.
My question is if that means the car maker will install Dashcam on car from their factory soon?
