Cam won't start recording automatically?

Hi,
I have a Yi (CABAA) cam - Grey, Chinese version.
I changed the serial to US and flashed the latest version. All menus are in English now.

Everything seems to work fine, however there are 3 issues:
1. Start-up time is tooooo long (approx. 1 minute)
2. After one minute of starting-up, the cam doesn't start recording. Instead, it is stuck on a Pink screen displaying the app's barcode. Clicking "OK" opens another Pink screen with some text about ADAS
3. When finally entering the main screen, it appears that none of the settings are saved and I have to change them manually every time (screen on/off settings, wifi settings etc.)

Any ideas why is this happening and how to fix it?

You made at least 2 mistakes:
1. Buying the Chinese version
2. You didnt flashed it properly

It seems 90% of the problems with the Yi is with the Chinese (non export?) version.

Just note that Black color Xiaomi Yi dashcam can not flash with English firmware,or else,it can not reboot normally!!
But grey /golden color Xiaomi Yi dashcam is ok to flash with English firmware!!
