I can connect to the app just fine, it shows the live video feed, but when i click to view the dashcam videos it says "please wait" for about 30 seconds before disconnecting the phone and freezing the camera. It only happens when there are videos on the camera, if i format the sd card it will load just fine and tell me there are no videos saved on the dashcam.
I have updated the firmware from the Nextbase website, the camera says Firmware: r06.9
Any help is appreciated
Edit: Never mind, it froze when it was plugged into my pc, but was fine when plugged into the car
