Camera Locking Files

I have noticed that one of my cameras seems to be auto locking files. Upon checking the recorded files on the cam itself I can see a lot of locked files for no reason, thus reducing the overall capacity of the card.
Is it a faulty unit or could it be that G sensor, since the camera is on before I open the doors, maybe it is detecting impact? I tried upping the Gs to 3.5, but it doesn't seem to have helped. Any ideas?

Try to set G sensor on other side the range, I forgot which end was the less sensitive...

Mine is on 4.5G, no issues with all the potholes ! I'm on 20161111 v2.0 firmware. I think there is also an Off setting for g-sensor, could try that if you card is big enough to hold a few hour's footage (incase you need to use it).
