Camera will no longer power on

Hi

I have a Street Guardian SG9663DC

Used to work perfectly fine in my previous car.

Fitted to new car. Ignition on, REC light comes on for around 8 seconds, goes out and screen / camera never powers on.

Tested with multimeter at the plug into the camera, it's getting 5V.

Tried with and without microSD card.

I've fitted many dashcams in various vehicles so I'm familiar with hardwiring, etc.

Just no idea what's up here

Any ideas anyone?
