Camera with clear license plate at night

I’m new here and I’m looking for a dash cam to use in my car to capture license plates (day and night) with any kind of real time video output (HDMI/VGA/WIFI) for a budget at most $150. I don't need LCD display.

of the models you're looking at the JooVuu is probably the best at catching plates, not many users here have them and they are getting a bit hard to come by though

Those cameras how far away can record clearly an license plate at day or at night? I am looking for a replacement of my XIAOMI yi dashcam that have focus problems and gives unusable images of car plates at medium distances
