Can’t connect gps module to X1000

I can’t get the gps module to connect to the Thinkware x1000.Does anyone know how to reset it?I went into camera info and clicked on gps and it says not connected but there’s no reset function.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

I got it to work.It wasn’t plugged in all the way.Lol.I didn’t want to force it in and damage dashcam.

What model do you have?I have the thinkware x1000.It’s a great dashcam IMO.Everything is working great now.I just had to push the connection in all the way.

Don't have a TW camera, it's just a common thing to happen with a number of different brands.

BUC68 - how are you liking this camera so far? Any vibration from the mount? Where did you install the GPS?

I absolutely love this camera.No vibration at all from the mount.The GPS is installed top left from camera.I actually ordered another one to have a 4 channel setup.
