Can I use old / existing reverse cam wiring to connect into new 5v mirror cam?

Hi folks, first post and hoping someone can help?

My car has a reverse cam fitted and works fine but it is the old yellow and black male / female connectors.

Is it possible to connect this to my new mirror cam via a conversion lead 12v down to 5v or does such a thing not exist?
