Cannot access setting screen on Thinkware Cloud app in ipad

I can connect to the U1000 and can access the File list, Dashcam info and Connection setting but when I go into Dashcam settings, all I get is a blank screen. U1000 have been updated to the latest firmware. If I take the SD card to the PCviewer, then I can adjust all the settings.

It could be the Thinkware cloud app itself . I am having issues with it that no one else is. One of them is when i go to download the manual through the app I cant select the language. The scroll wheel is all blank . This is after updating to the latest everything right from the app to iOS version.
try installing the app on ur iPhone and see if it works
 
From our experience, the app isn't guaranteed to work for tablets, unfortunately.
 
Thanks, That seems to be the case as it works fine on iPhone.
