Cannot view footage on app

So my dashcam is connected by WiFi to my iPhone XR but when I launch the app it freezes when I press to view dashcam footage. It was working find in September when I had to get footage for an insurance claim but now it’s not showing anything.
Uninstalled the app and reinstalled too and still not working.
Help :(

Are you using Cam Viewer with your 312GW? What version of Cam Viewer are you using please? And what Firmware is your 312GW on? What model phone are you using with what OS?

I am using cam viewer. It’s worked fine up until I wanted to get a video off it on Saturday. IPhone XR on version 13.2.3.
Cam viewer version 2.3.5.
I’ll have to check the firmware when I’m in the car later
