Cant access recordings on computer

I just got my Mini 0906 and was testing it out today. I have recorded videos that I am able to access on the camera, but when I take the sd card out and try to view them on the computer no files show up, even though windows reports that the card is not empty. I've also tried to access the files using the camera as a mass storage drive, but I am unable to access it at all (it shows up but it is greyed out and I cant open it).

I've tried restarting my computer and reformatting the card (on the computer and via the camera menu). Nothing so far has worked.

I'm using a Lexar 633x class 10 card.

Am I missing something obvious? Is the camera and or card defective?

Any suggestions/recommendations are appreciated.

where did you buy the card from?

format the card and test it with h2testw and see what the results are
