can't adjust video length

I installed the new firmware "20180528s wifi default off"
I changed the video length to 5 minutes, but this setting isn't applied. All video files are only 1 minute long. This is a problem for the lock files, since 1 minute is really too short.
Anyone can tell me what could be wrong? I didn't have this problem with the original firmware.
