Can't change registration number

I have had the Lukas Ace for a number of years now and just changed my car. Therefore I thought it a good idea to change my registration number on the dashcam.

I have done everything from formatting the SD card on a PC, to formatting it in the dashcam but every time I make the changes and save them through the viewer and then record some footage it is still with my old registration number!!

Also, I can't get the time right - always seems to be 1 hr out!

I have checked the card is not locked (but then it probably wouldn't record).

Don't know what else to do - suggestions please?

Forgot to add - Firmware is AC35 and viewer is 1.8.6.0

Upgraded firmware to AC37.

At least the time is now correct.

I will wait to see what happens when I drive later.

Update, seems like the AC37 update has also fixed the registration issue as well.
