Can't post direct photos

Using the little picture icon in the tool bar to upload .jpg photos I get...




I then have to upload to Flickr and post the BBC code here instead.

When clicking the image icon, you can upload an image or add a link. Either option works.

Must be something wrong with the link. What is the URL of the image?
