Can't register my camera for cloud services

Hi, my camera only works in the WIFI mode when I'm in the car. I want to register my camera in the app and the BlackVue viewer for cloud services, but if I do so I get the message "check your camera". The cloud code is good to find on the camera but I can't find out what the registrationnumber is for the camera. I've been told that I can find that in the viewer but I can't find it. I tried to scan the QR code with the BlackVue app but that doesn't work either. Could someone help me?
 
I would recommend contacting the BlackVue customer service team via email.
