Can't turn on my Xiaomi Yi

Hi, I have a big problem with my new camera.

After I update a firmware from android Application camera dont reboot. I turn off the camera and turn on.
And... I see this :

. I say - ok, probably I can fix this problem, because I saw tutorial on this forum. But after nothing else is being shown, beyond this:

And After I plug into Usb i see this ->

Do you have any idea to fix it?

So far only option is RMA.
