Can't update 615gw on iMac

I'm really struggling to update the FirmWare.

I can't get the SD card to be recognised in my iMac with the adaptor, so I am trying to use the software.

It just says reboot the dashcam in update mode (which I've done) and it doesn't work (nor does it in mass storage or normal mode).

Anyone else got any ideas?

The usual hiccup is that the filename isn't in all CAPS.

All you need to achieve is the .BIN file on a SD

You don't need to reboot into update mode - it sounds like you're combining two separate ways of updating e.g. one is via the USB cable and one is via the card reader.

On your Mac you would need to do it via the card reader.

What SD card/adaptor are you using?
