Cant upgrade FW - different firmware from SN

Hi everyone. I just received my camera from BangGood, Since I have not Android Phone (WP fan), I cant configure it via official APP. So I download Python app.

At first, I checked if I have lastest firmware - I had not. So I decided to upgrade it.
SN on sticker in back of the camera says "Z23L", also program on my PC says the same. I downloaded this version, put it on 32GB (FAT32) MicroSD card (renamed properly to firmware.bin), gave card into camera and turn it on. Nothing happened (just turn purple light on a second during start). Camera didn't upgrade, no beeping as I was expecting.

After that I checked again HW version and realized, PC program says that there is 22L version of firmware on 23L camera version(screen). May it be cause of I cant upgrade FW? Camera is as I get it from seller. Should I try 22L FW version, or try to find another memory card (I have only 64G which is exFat formatted)?

the newest firmware is 1.2.12!
the L versions have the same firmware, it doesn't matter which one you use. Have you download FW from official site?
the phyton app is ok, reinstall it.

Yes, thats the problem - camera has 1.0.12 and I am trying install 1.2.12 - but I cant. Now, I tried another SD card (16GB) and same problem. It just star (without FW update) :/ I using FW from official site.
How can I recognize, if camera works with SD card properly (for start, I should find out if MicroSD's are ok)?

Edit:
One more fact about my camera: When I place either 16GB or 32GB FAT32 formatted microSD into camera (without FW, just clean card) I cant taking pictures(and recording video) on it. When I press "shot" button it beep 3-times and blue light flash 3-times.
So, is problem with my cards? In cellphone, PC and old SJ4000 both cards work properly...

Put this script on your microsd and if card works you can see after restart an cardinfo.txt, made by the script with information from your sd.

It seems like card works well - why i cant taking pictures when card works (only card, which i can use to taking pics and records is 64GB exFat-formatted)?

Only strange thing I see is name of card - my card's name is MICROSD16G, but camera says SD16G0...

format your card again in fat32 using guiformat in attechment and try again.
On 64gb card the firmware also not recognized and installed?

SD card formatted using guitformat, but same problem on 16GB card.
I cant format 64GB at FAT32 using Windows, but I did it using guitformat and FW updated properly - thank you. I still dont know, why other 2 cards doesnt work with cam - one of them is same brand as 64GB one. Strangest is, camera makes folder in cards, but cant take pics nor videos.

use the format tool that came with the app, select setup and choose sd card, then format, it worked for me!!My cam died and I took a elf file from 22L, now my serial number it from another camera...
