Can't use the app

I have an early tester model and now the app won't see the camera, I'm stuck on kph and I don't think it's in loop mode. I notice the app now says cars and motorcycles.
It connects to the WiFi, but says power on camera, it used to work OK. Now it's stopped.
Anyone having problems?

Firmware and app are often updated together, if you have an updated version of one but not the other that could be the issue

Problem is, with this preview model I can't upgrade it to the latest version for it, think the unit has a fault, tried formatting sd card many times on my pc with fat32 format tool. Formatting on the unit didn't help, the only way I could update firmware was to use the tool.

I have a review unit and had the same problem. Viofo sent me a new version of the android app.

Thanks for that..It worked !! I can change loop from 1 min to 5 and kph to mph ..at last, lol
