Car License Text not working, any advice?

I tried adding the CarLicenseNum.txt with the correct 2 lines in it and it is not showing on my videos.

It says the place in the root directory which I did bit I also tried it in the Movie directory as well with no luck.

These are the 2 lines

Show_Car_License_Number:On
Set_Car_License_Number:Testing

If anyone can help me get this working it would be appreciated

Starting with firmware from december you need to write only one line
Set_Car_License_Number:Testing
And enable it from camera menu.
