look at 23 seconds you'll see the suv (which was rear ended)stopped some 7 meters from the line, so what happened?
Cross the intersection (at 33 seconds) and the red sedan had been rear ended b the suv.
All thanks to the car in front of the red sedan which must have stopped too hard 2 meters behind the line.
All this is speculation of course.
