I bought from Dealextreme this camera: http://dx.com/p/1080p-5mp-cmos-wide...-dvr-camcorder-w-2-led-hdmi-tf-2-0-ltps-81706 and i took picture on that camera and checked what exif data says. Sensor is Novatek DSC Turnkey and other intresting thing is that this camera records 30fps at 1080x1440 and 25fps at 1080x1920. I didn't find any infromation about that sensor at Dashcam FAQ, so is this some kind of new model?

This is the most common sensor for the K2000 now. You can read a bit about it on the main Carcam K2000 page. This camera is using the Novatek processor like most other K2000 cameras.
