carlicensenum.txt where to download?

My Git1 does not boot up. On a battery that is full or even when the mini is plug. It would not respond.
Last known date the camera has booted up was around 6 months ago. And IIRC, it was slighty thrown by my 1 year old.
I have tried swapping out the mini usb , changed battery and powering on with and with out a SD card. but the Git1 camera would not boot up.

Requesting any idea on what could be the cause of the problem and possible solution.
Is there a tear down video/link that I could refer to? Hoping that the problem is just minor. And I could refer the probable fix to skilled technician.

and made an educated guess that the ribbon cable of the LCD screen is loose... and viola it works

changed the subject of the thread since I was able to revive my Git1.

is there someone who has a backup of the carlicensenum.txt script?
