Hi all,

Read a few pages of discussion here that were intriguing and though someone might have an answer for me.

I’ve got an Cellink neo that lasts about half a day.
I’d like to put another small LiFePO4 battery along side it since the wires are already in place behind my rear seat.
Wondering if I purchase an 60ah motorcycle size battery and connect it to the output of the Neo
Would the neo manage it with its BMS or does each battery need one?
Or is it even possible?
Has anyone here ever tried it?

Thanks in advance.

if you realy want lifepo4 set up....

buy 4 106ah cells and a smart bms which gives you bluetooth capacity meter and ability to change all parameters...

this will give you 1250 wh of useable power and cost £160...

you can charge this directly from the alternator through a split charge relay and expect 20 to 50ah of charge per hour depending on state of charge of lifepo4.

simply wire cameras as usual and add a switch so you can flick it on parking to run off the lifepo4.
