Cellink NEO vs Cellink NEO Plus Apps- Whats the difference?

I couldn't find if anyone asked this already; but, for the Apple iOS iPhone- What is the exact differences between the Cellink NEO App and the Cellink NEO Plus Apps? Both of these are in the Apple iOS App Store currently and I am not sure of the difference and what to use for the new Cellink NEO that I have just purchased. Thank you.
 
Probably depends on what battery pack that you have.

I have a neolink 6 and neolink plus app cannot detect my battery pack.
