Last time I checked my CF-100's videos, I found out the rear cam stopped working properly.
Actually, the rear video is just totally black.

The cam still anounces "2 channel recording" when started...

Has anyone allready experimented it? Any tip on what I can try to do?
Format the memory card and redo the firmware update, mabe?

I'd begin with physically checking the cables and connections to the rear cam. I don't know the pin-outs so I can't suggest any further voltage or continuity checks- maybe someone else here can give you that info.

I had the same problem last summer. Neither formatting or update helped. I opened it and found a dark burned area on the board, out tech said most likely the board overheated.
I was lucky and found another rear channel.

Thanks for your replies.

My cam has now totally stopped working.

I had tried to check the cables plugging, and then use back the other SD card, no success.

So I tried to reinstall the last update. When I started after inserting the SD card, it began the updating, and then restarted. Now the cam starts (no vocal message) and after a few time, emits 2 bips with the 2 leds on, shut off and start again. No filming...

As the problem is different from the beginning, I will start a new thread...
