CH-200 All lights on but frozen

Hi all,

I turned the camera on for the first time and all the lights stay on and nothing happens after. Anyone experienced something similar? If so, any advise?

Yep. tried about 3. nothing.

I had the same thing happen to me on this model, did you get it fixed? I've tried changing memory card to new one, put new firmware on, which worked for me on the previous CH-100B model but this CH-200 model nothing works.
