Hi. New on the forum and would like to ask a question. I have a new CH-200 and am relying on the PC Viewer to change the settings as I don't have a smart phone. Down loaded the Viewer successfully, and most functions seem to work. What I'm having a problem with is (1) formatting the card in the viewer. Supposed to hit the configuration button and should then see a way to format. Not happening. I want to set what % of the card is used for parking, driving and event , for which you need to format according to the pop up window. At this point ,parking is filling up the card.
(2) Cant use the zoom feature. Actually it zooms but cant move the picture around to see a plate.
Both these features are present on the Blackboxmycar product demo videos.
I'm running Windows 1 and using a Samsung Evo + 128g . I tried the 32g Blacksys card , same issues.
Anyone using this that can help?
