Not possible via user settings. Would have to be done through a firmware change.
Maybe you could submit a request to VIOFO for consideration. They will probably do it if several people agrees that would be a benefit.

In 4K resolution, if set the car numbers, customize text, and enable all of the stamps, the stamp text size can not be bigger.
