Cheapest action camera with photo raw/dng capability?

I have the T5e the only way to get raw is debug script and run automatic shots every few seconds.

What I want are raw photos that are shot when the shutter button (or cable) or pressed.

Plan on stripping it down and putting it on a small drone.
 
Xiaomi Mijia Mini can record DNG. So can the GitUp F1 which is ready to fly without any modification.
 
Gitup Git2 may be an option, has good time-lapse options and a cable release is available.

Not a suitable option in my opinion-
DNG is only available as JPG+DNG... and there's a delay taking pics, causing slight blur, (my opinion is the priority in auto mode is not correct)(iso/exposure/speed) and no sign of any more updates...
it might work if connected to a gimble
