Cheapest place to get parts

I need a power cable, suction cup, capacitor, and case. Where's the best place to get these? I was looking on mobius-actioncam.com and all this stuff is going to cost like 60 bucks. No way I'm spending that type of money when I'm not even sure if that will fix it. I remember seeing a site that ships parts for really cheap from china but can't find it.
