Cigarette adapter w/ voltage cutoff that provides 3.1A output?

I have an always-on cigarette port, so I'm looking for something to allow me to cutoff power to the A129 Duo at a certain voltage.
I'm aware of the "RHUNDO RS-20S / RS-20ST* 3-way Car Cigarette Lighter Splitter" which provides custom cutoff voltages, but according to the specs it only outputs 2.4A. But the A129 Duo takes 3.1A as input. Does anyone know of a similar product that can provide sufficient power to the A129 Duo while also allowing for a voltage cutoff? I'd even accept a timed cutoff, but voltage would be better

Rhundo will work fine, 129 is not 3.1A input, it comes with an adapter that is 3.1A output, 1A and 2.1A dual output which could still be plugged into the Rhundo if you wanted to

You don't plug the VIOFO USB power cord into the USB port of the RHUNDO you plug the VIOFO USB power supply itself (and cord) into the female cigertte port of the RHUNDO.

You don't plug the VIOFO USB power cord into the USB port of the RHUNDO you plug the VIOFO USB power supply itself (and cord) into the female cigertte port of the RHUNDO.
