Unfort its common unwritten "allowed rule" for bike to drive this way. Even if police would be nearby and see this I am sure in 90% they would not mind this. Only until accident will happen. Anyway, by all means biker braking a rules.

Agree this biker is breaking the rules but unless you got a camera it will of course be your fault.

How so? If accident, without camera, he is in driver's lane - wrong side of road.

I have seen cam videos of motorcycle cops doing exactly the same thing and as a biker it bugs me when people on bikes do this. While riding my bike I always used to just sit int he que with all the other road users.

I have only seen a couple of bikers who are like you. I like. One set eventually gave up waiting cause of traffic jam and started moving to front of queue.
