I have been trying to understand this myself, but from what I can gather it's a manual choice to up-load to the cloud storage? Vs storing on the iPhone "internal memory." The Cloud Storage is forever (to 5 gig limit) but the Auto-event is only temporarily stored.
The Event Auto-upload works fine, but I am not sure if the data uploaded is full resolution?
What I could not find is a way to move Auto-uploaded events to the Cloud storage within the Viewer ap. I had the choice of "copy to local disk." Is there a ability to move to the cloud storage from the desktop ap?
I have to adjust the sensitivity for the 'events' since this thing generates a multitude of 'events' while driving down the road without any, you know, events........
