First off I don't own that camera. However, I seriously doubt that the cold is going to hurt any camera! It might need to warm up some (the camera) in extremely cold weather ( few minutes or less) but that's about all that would happen. It won't hurt the camera.
It will help to change your voltage settings if you have a hard wire kit, my wifes car wouldnt start, we had set it to the lowest setting 11.2v I think but the added cold weather reduced it even more, its now about 12v, so the cam doesnt use parking mode atm, but the car starts every time
