Computer does not recognize the camera

When i connect my cameras LS430W,LS650W in mass storge mode to the cumputer with usb cable the cumputer dont recogniz the camera and i cant view the files.
If i take out the micro sd card and connect him with adapter to the cumputer everything work ok.
I have windows 7 64 bit and the problem is in all the USB ports on the computer.
What i need to do in the computer so he will recognize the camera in mass storge mode?

Maybe reinstall your default usb drivers from windows? Or use a other usb cable.

Btw.: I had many different dashcams and it always better to take out the microSD and connect it over a card reader with the PC.

I have found that if I use a standard USB cable of good quality I have no problem. Some of the cables that come with Dashcam's leave a lot to be desired(cheap rubbish)
