Confused by a119s and a119s "V2"

According to the manufacturers page there's no such thing as a "v2"? Neither is it mentioned on dashcamtalks a119s page...

It will be the latest. V2 just refers to the updated GPS mount connections and that was redesigned a long time ago. They will all be the new (V2) design.

There's also the V3 now that seems to be getting great reviews. Might want to pop into those threads and check out the comparisons between V3 and v2.

not better or worse, just different, each model have their individual strengths, depends what's important to you as to which is the best choice for you

If I were you, I'd go with the A119V3 - about the same night quality as the A119S (regarded as better night quality than the A119V1/V2), and has better day quality with 1440p resolution vs 1080P w/ the A119S.
