connection problems

trying to connect the phone's wifi to the camera. Mobile responding all the time that the password is wrong.
it is brand new and never been connected before.
tried several different phones.
anyone who has experienced the same problem?

have tried the reset button several times and the password, but the same result. wrong password. looking at Google but not found any solution there yet.

If Android, you have not tried to connect via the phone's settings have you? If so, this has to be reset before trying to connect direct from the app to the camera.

thanks for all the answers. I've tried both the iPhone and Android in different models with the same result. will contact the seller on eBay to try to complain cameran.

With Android (6.0) I have to disconnect the Cellular data (4G) to get the phone to stay connected to the camera - as there's "no Internet" on the WiFi camera connection, it wants to ignore it.
