Hi there,
i bought a Q800 Pro dash cam, front and rear set in 2018. I managed to install it and make it work. i didnt use it for a while cause i was working overseas. Now, when i tried to use it again, the camera does not connect to its wifi. I reinstall the apps again, and tried unsuccessfully. steps i have done are:
restart the camera
start apps program
select i will use the wifi from camera
touch wifi button in the camera
then the apps says choose wifi settings, i select thinkware 69, i dont touch any adjustments at thinkware, except that i gave availibility to use data transfer
then, i try to push next button and nothing happens. No way i can pass this section.
please reccomend how to proceed. I recall having problems the first time but not like this.
