Very obvious buzzing in the last clip before memory runs out:

For other clips it's slight softer, is this normal?

Buzzing noises (on any dash or action camera) are almost always caused by a low voltage/current situation. Often it is related to the memory card but can also be caused by other issues such as too long a cable run and/or AWG cable that is too small or a failing or compromised power supply or charger. I had this happen recently with a Mobius during a long outdoor filming session using a long cable on a very cold day after a power bank started to run down too low. Some files near the end of a full memory card had a soft pulsating buzzing sound but the problem went away after recharging the power bank.
