CPL and Screen a few questions

im looking to buy the 0906 just have a few questions.

The use of the CPL lens have effect on the quality of night video ?
When the camera is on parking mode and detects movement and starts recording, the screen will power up?

Where to buy it in Europe ? any recommendations?
 
I am not satisfied with cpl.I didn't get the yield I wanted .does not prevent light reflection .
