I'm looking for a dual channel dash cam with good day and night capabilities, parking mode, GPS, reliable and a price tag around $200.

So far the Blacksys CF-100 dual channel seems promising. Any recommendations?

Potential candidates:

Blacksys CF-100 2CH

Zalman Zalbar 2CH

FineVu T9 Dual

The price isn't out there but check out the Panorama X2 threads here. Technically it's the best out there yet - retail is going to cost more than those options though.

Both of those options look amazing, however I am going to assume a $400 to $800 price tag if compared to similar models available for sale. If either were around $200 I'd snap them up right now. :)

Cowon AW2 on ebay: $450

After watching quite a few night videos I can't say I'm impressed. Not a single video gets clear night footage farther than a hand's trow from the car.

The X2 is the best you're going to get out of any dash cam right now in terms of low noise videos at night while still retaining detail - maybe when the bigger sensors come down in price a bit we'll see if they help make night video any better.

I want to hook up my Nikon in the car at night at some point just to gauge how that compares to a dash cam
