I wanted to post about the customer care @niko provided as a reseller of Street Guardian Products and an issue i faced with a failed camera in this thread here . I want to take this opportunity to give a huge thank you @niko who has gone above and beyond to help me with my issue. This is why we buy Street Guardian products, not because they are Street Guardian products, but because of the aftersales care we receive. I should have posted this sooner but life/work got in the way but I wanted to ensure I posted back. All too often you only hear about when there are problems.

@niko is a credit to this website but also as a presentative/reseller of Street Guardian, this in my mind is the differentiator between a decent company and its competitors.
