D21 4k no firmware update

It feels like Vueroid only cares about promoting new or future products.
I asked about features that the S1 already has months before it was released—most of them are parking-mode related.
Since launch, no firmware updates have been released for the D21, despite Vueroid repeatedly saying an update has been “coming” since June.
Every time I contact support, I get the same response: “Sorry, it’s delayed due to issues.”
So what’s the reality here—was the D21 poorly made / unfinished, or has Vueroid simply stopped caring about it?

Sorrry for delay .
Now we are verifycation process. we are planning to release end of this month.
The major change is as below
- volume setting level 3 -> 5
- automactic swtiching to low power parking mode : smart low power mode
: operating with configured time motion / timelapse parking , and then swithing to low power mode
- HDR timer function added
- GPS zone fucntion added : user can set Parking mode disable zone .
- change sensitivity of event
- multi languae ( 10 more ..)
