DAB 205 frames problem

Hello everyone
I choosed the 1440P 30fps But there are 29 frames in every second.
I also choosed the 1920x1080 60fps. But there are 59 frames in every second.
1920x1080 30fps=> 29 frames/s

It always lack one frames in every second whatever I choose.
I changed a lot of MicroSD cards, but they are the same.
I use U3 SD,so maybe the problem are other reasons.

What is the problem? Does anyone have the same problems?

There is NO problem.

29.97 is pretty close to 30 as that's the standard when recording in drop frame mode in analogue/monochrome era.
However, in digital video, that doesn't matter so basically all 30fps advertised ones are using 29.97.

I saw the frame information in the file content on Windows.
However,the file contents showed 30 frames when I used other DVR(Vico and DOD) with 1080p/30fps mode.
When I used Dome dab 205, it showed the 29 frames or 59 frames.

I have another question.
I turned on HDR 1440P in the night,but it seemed that the license plate number were not clear when other cars were moving.
Will it improve when I turn off the HDR?

HDR will make it brighter but grainier.
Test and see what you like.
