Damaged cable to link camera to DVR: HELP need replacement

I found the long cable to link the camera to the DVR has been damaged and I need a replacement. Where can I find one? eBay seller does not have.

We have two connector types for DV688 camera, one is the plastical plug, and the other one is the metal screw! So, please tell me which connector type on your camera main unit!

She asked same question and I showed her the plastic plug ends, and then asked for my order #...??? I purchased the system on eBay last year. Just need the long cable to complete install on new bike.
