Dash cam for convertible

Thanks have a ferrari portofino. I self installed a thinkware u1000 dual dashcam. My set up is a seen in the pic below for those who may need an idea. I went back and forth with putting it near the rear or in the windshield for a 360 sorta coverage. In Arizona there are no front plates (for plate capture) 5AD70519-B63F-4207-BF6B-1BB389105D34.png so thought this might be the best for me. The view you see if of the rear one. If you look closely the front camera is just above that. The font is a 150 deg view of the road and the rear is 156 deg.

Welcome to DCT @carthusiast :) Looks like you're getting fairly good coverage in the rear but I'm wondering if you've checked it with the top down? Some tops don't fold too compactly. Always a problem getting something really good in the back with a convertible, but your front cam does most of the 'protecting' so that should be enough. Here's hoping you never need the footage for yourself!
